Manchester National Cycling Centre

This Manchester National Cycling Centre was used for the Commonwealth games in 2002. Veterans and expert cyclists are welcome to use the 250 metre indoor track.

Also known as the Manchester Velodrome the Manchester National Cycling Centre is Britain’s primary indoor Olympic cycle track and widely regarded as one of the World’s finest and fastest board tracks. The velodrome is the home to the Great Britain Cycling Team and believe it or not, the Velodrome is also open to everyone regardless of their level of ability. You don’t have to be a Chris Hoy or a Victoria Pendleton to feel the thrill of cycling on the track
